In addition to our standard, rigorous screening process, we encourage our customers to provide us with any additional screening we can perform on their behalf, such as custom interview questions or technical testing materials.

Step 2: Search

We always maintain an extensive network of candidates with whom we’ve worked in for many years. Our recruiters reach out to find the initial list of candidates that meet your criteria, and conduct first rounds of interviews to identify the most promising few.

Step 3: Qualify

Every candidate we choose to put forward, we conducts a comprehensive technical interview to further validate the candidate’s depth of experience and expertise.

Step 4: Select

YOU are the final step. Since only qualified candidates make it to this point, you can rest assured that we’ll never waste your time interviewing a candidate that is not truly worthy of your consideration.
